Michelle Bernasconi

Michelle Bernasconi is an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at PTC, where responsibilities include leading cross-functional data initiatives, generating reports for management, and synthesizing business intelligence to enhance customer experience. Previously, in roles such as Product Education Success Analyst and Training Specialist, Michelle focused on data storytelling, customer success initiatives, and training support.
