Muriel Jackson

Muriel Jackson is a Principal Technical Writer at PTC since December 2000, specializing in the creation and maintenance of online help and PDF documentation for various PTC products, working collaboratively with international agile development teams. Prior to this role, Muriel held positions in customer service at R.L. Mlazgar Associates, where order processing was managed, and as a Temporary Office Assistant at Solmark & Frey Staffing Partners, contributing to engineering report preparation. Earlier experiences include serving as a Legal Secretary at Bogue, Weeks, Billings & Collier, assisting with legal document editing and office computer support, and as a Costume Shop Supervisor for Theatre L'Homme Dieu, overseeing costume production for theatrical performances. Muriel earned a B.F.A. in Theatre/Theater from the University of South Dakota between 1992 and 1997.
