Rob Pomarico has extensive experience in customer success and sales within the technology and engineering sectors. At PTC from October 2016 to February 2019, Rob held multiple positions, including Sr. CAD Enterprise Account Executive, Principal Customer Success Manager focused on Aerospace & Defense, and Regional Director of Customer Success. Prior to this, Rob worked at PTC inc. from June 2009 to October 2016 as Sr. Manager of CAD Channel Strategy and Business Development. Earlier roles include Sales Application Engineer at Tristar Engineering from April 2007 to February 2009 and at Boston Engineering from February 2009 to June 2010. Most recently, Rob served as Sr. Manager of Customer Success at Red Hat from March 2022 to August 2024. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
