Steven M.

Steven M. has over 18 years of experience in the IT field, currently serving as a Principal Applications Engineer at PTC since April 2005. In this role, Steven supports global sales and technical teams with application configurations, performance tuning, and creating unique demonstration scenarios. Proficient in utilizing Azure cloud systems and VMware technologies, Steven effectively prepares and deploys systems for various use cases. Prior to PTC, Steven worked as a Systems Administrator at Jewell Instruments, managing IT assets in Barbados and Manchester, NH, and at CSC, where responsibilities included virtualization and performance tuning for systems at Bath Iron Works, a General Dynamics Company. Steven holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Saint Anselm College.
