Stuart Reid is an accomplished Software Development leader currently serving as VP of Software Engineering at PTC. With extensive experience in the CAD and 3D printing industries, Stuart has made significant contributions to key technologies, including Parasolid and SolidWorks. Stuart previously launched the UK office of GrabCAD, driving its community from 400,000 to over 2 million members in just two years. Their management philosophy emphasizes trust, transparency, and urgency, prioritizing customer satisfaction and teamwork in all endeavors. Stuart holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University.
