Susan Chapman

Susan Chapman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and technical sales, particularly in smart service solutions. Since October 2013, Susan has held various roles at PTC, currently serving as Business Development Director, where responsibilities include creating and managing service information and parts catalogs. Prior to PTC, Susan worked at Enigma Inc, leading European Professional Services and Solutions and managing significant projects in diverse sectors such as aerospace and defense. Earlier in her career, Susan held project management and business unit management positions at Database Publishing Systems and ALPNET. Susan holds a BA in Translation and Interpreting from Dublin City University and an MSc in Computing Science from the University of Staffordshire.
