Susan Seybert

Susan Seybert is an experienced professional in project management and process optimization, currently serving as Director of the BE&I PMO at PTC since October 2012. Over the years, Susan has held multiple director-level positions at PTC, including roles in Process Optimization, ServiceNow PMO, and Service Center, as well as managing Cloud Production Control and Renewals. Prior to PTC, Susan worked as a Relationship Manager at Servigistics and as an Operations Manager at Conduit Internet Technologies. Susan holds certifications as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and in ITIL and has received training from the Coaches Training Institute and education from Penn State University.
