Tal Halutsy is an experienced software engineering leader with a career spanning over two decades in various roles. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at PTC since May 2021, Tal previously held the same title at Salesforce from January 2020 following the acquisition of ClickSoftware, where Tal also led engineering teams from April 2012 to December 2019, focusing on the V8 Field Service Management product. Prior experience includes leading software development teams at Radcom, Yoomba, Telrad Connegy, and initially at ClickSoftware in various capacities including Senior Solutions Architect. Tal's technical expertise encompasses full stack development, real-time network applications, and optimizing scheduling algorithms, supported by a BA in Computer Science and Economics from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Reichman University.
