Tammy Smith

Tammy Smith is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in global HR operations and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Director of HR Operations and Programs at PTC since February 2025, Tammy previously held multiple high-level roles at AGCO Corporation, including Director of Global HR Operations and Chief of Staff to the CHRO, where responsibilities encompassed global HR leadership in M&A and serving as Site Lead for the World Headquarters. Prior experience at John Deere included positions as Global Category Manager for HR and Employee Services, and Supply Base Manager, where achievements involved strategic sourcing and significant cost savings. Tammy holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
