Tom Anderson

Tom Anderson, PSPO, POPM, currently serves as Program Manager and Principal Project Manager in the Factory Services Unit at PTC, overseeing Industrial IoT software development projects for diverse verticals. With previous experience as a Senior Product Owner at Nexient and as an Enterprise Architect/Product Owner at Capgemini, Tom has successfully managed Agile projects, directed product design and development, and improved team efficiency through strategic leadership. Earlier roles include Senior Implementation Consultant at Barkawi Management Consultants, Implementation Project Manager at TSYS, and Lead Product Manager/Product Owner at PTC, where Tom achieved significant revenue increases and customer satisfaction improvements. Tom holds a BA in Political Science from Brigham Young University and an M. Ed. in Education Administration from California State University, Bakersfield.
