Tom Tobin

Tom Tobin is an experienced design leader currently serving as VP and Head of Design at PTC since November 2017, overseeing UX/UI design and design operations for comprehensive applications generating over $1.25 billion in annual revenue. In previous roles, Tom was the VP of Product Design at PTC, where responsibilities included shaping the design system and ensuring accessibility and usability across multiple product segments. As Group Creative Director at Craft Worldwide, collaboration within a creative management team led to expansive design solutions. Prior to that, Tom held several senior roles at Staples, where leadership in digital creativity and innovation significantly contributed to the company’s marketing efforts. Earlier experience includes academic instruction at Middlesex Community College and managerial roles in interactive design. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a concentration in Graphic Design from Fitchburg State University.
