Trac Pham

Trac Pham currently serves on the Board of Directors for PTC, UKG, and SiFive, while also holding the position of Audit Committee Chair at both UKG and SiFive. Previously, Trac was a board member, interim COO, and co-CEO of Sprinklr Inc. From 2014 to 2022, Trac served as CFO at Synopsys, where an activist approach to leadership led to significant revenue growth and market value increase. Trac’s finance experience spans various companies, including a role as Director of Strategy & Business Development at Juniper Networks and earlier positions in finance at Sony Electronics and 3Com. Trac holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, and is pursuing a Master's in Public Policy and International Affairs at UC San Diego.
