Matthew Graczyk has an extensive work experience in the technology industry. Matthew began their career in 1994 when they founded and led the software company Zygot Computer, which developed speech recognition applications. In 1995, they worked as a Sales Manager at Pilot Network Services, where they consulted on sales and account management for an Internet security service company. From 1997 to 1999, they were the General Manager of US Interactive/Digital Evolution. In 1999, they founded and served as the CEO and President of OSDirect. From 2001 to 2006, they were the Chief Strategy Officer, General Manager, and Executive Director of New Media at Point.360, a 500-employee, $75 million public film and TV post-production company. In 2003, they founded Stonepeak Capital. From 2006 to 2009, they were the President and CEO, Chairman, and Cofounder of Zubican. From 2009 to 2018, they were the CEO and Chairman of ICRUMZ, a digital launchpad platform company. Since 2018, they have been the CEO of PteroDynamics Inc., an aircraft company that has developed a novel aircraft design that transitions between multicopter and fixed-wing configurations.

Matthew Graczyk attended the American School of Paris from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained their high school diploma. Matthew then attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1985 to 1986, taking coursework in Mechanical Engineering. Matthew subsequently attended Loyola Marymount University from 1986 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurship and finance.
