Diane Walker, CRME, has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Diane began their career in 1996 as the Director of Operations at OPUS 2 Revenue Technologies, where they worked until 2001. Following this role, they joined Berwick Parent Community as the Vice President from 2009 to 2011, then served as the Grant Coordinator from 2011 to 2012, and finally became the President of the community from 2012 to 2014. In 2010, Diane joined The Woodstock Inn & Resort as a Revenue Manager, responsible for inventory, rates, promotions, and distribution. Diane worked closely with department managers and reservations until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as the VP of Implementation & Projects at iVvy Pty Ltd. Currently, Diane is employed at PTG Consulting as the Director of Operations, a position they have held since 2022. Additionally, Diane is also the Director of Client Services & Training at PTG Consulting, a role they assumed in 2023.

Diane Walker, CRME, pursued their higher education at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, where they earned an MBA with a focus on Marketing from 1982 to 1984. Prior to that, they attended Ithaca College, from 1978 to 1982, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Management, with a minor in French.
