Ciaran Whelan has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to 2023. Ciaran began their career as a Co-Founder and Organizer at GSeries, where they successfully organized and managed eSports events. In 2015, they joined Lidl Ireland as a Customer Assistant, Store Responsible Person, and Trainee Deputy Manager. During their time there, they gained valuable skills in time management, team work, and customer focus. In 2018, Ciaran moved into the IT industry as an IT Helpdesk Administrator at Boylesports, where they developed their skills in desk-side support, hardware building, networking, and troubleshooting. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at pTools Software as a Service Desk Manager, overseeing support services. Currently, Ciaran holds the position of Head of Support Services at pTools Software, which they started in 2023.

Ciaran Whelan completed a Bachelor of Science in Computing Applications & Support from Dundalk Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2016. Ciaran later pursued a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computing Information Technology Management from Dundalk Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2017.
