Rick Pitcairn

Rick Pitcairn has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Rick started their career as a Consultant at Data Processing Sciences in 2003. Rick then worked at The Kroger Co. as a Manager - Network Solutions from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they joined DPSciences as a Director - Professional Services from 2009 to 2013. Rick Pitcairn then joined Lumenate, where they held positions as Director of Service Delivery from 2013 to 2021 and Sr. Director of Service Delivery & IT from 2016 to 2021. Currently, they are Vice President Managed Services at PTP since December 2021. Throughout their career, Rick Pitcairn has gained experience in various aspects of managed services, infrastructure, cloud services, and professional services.

Rick Pitcairn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Finance from Thomas More University. Rick has also obtained additional certifications, including an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2020 and an ITIL® 4 Foundation CPD from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2019.
