Maxwell Gunderson is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at PTR Global since June 2023, Maxwell is part of a new brand focused on enhancing talent solutions for clients. Previously, Maxwell has been with iPlace USA since April 2015 as a Team Lead in Recruitment and a Senior Principal Technical Recruiter, conducting comprehensive interviews for a diverse range of companies from startups to Fortune 500 firms. Additionally, Maxwell has contributed to Pinnacle Group, Inc. as a Senior Recruiter from June 2023 to September 2024, where responsibilities included sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and fostering long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Maxwell holds a PGDM/MBA in Human Resources Management from MIT School of Business, earned between 2013 and 2015.
