Farshad Moradi is currently the Head of Unit for Spectrum Development at the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority, a position held since 2021. They previously worked as a Senior Scientist at the Swedish Defence Research Agency and held roles such as CapTech National Coordinator at the European Defence Agency and Programme Manager for Modelling and Simulation at FOI. Farshad founded Yaran Coaching, where they served as the founder from 2012 to 2017, and they contributed to NATO as a National Panel Representative. They earned a PhD in Distributed Systems, Modelling and Simulation from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
