Neil Ross (PhD) has extensive experience in quality systems, sustainability, and direct processing operations, currently serving as Head of Quality at Xaar since July 2014. Prior to this role, Neil held various positions at Freescale Semiconductor from 1995 to April 2014, including Microcontroller Quality Manager for the US and EMEA, and Senior Six Sigma and CQ Engineer (Blackbelt). Earlier experience at Motorola includes roles as a Quality Engineer from 1995 to 2004. Neil Ross earned a BSc Hons and PhD in Pure and Applied Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde, completing studies from 1987 to 1995.
