Tim Sparrow

Tim Sparrow is a commercial, category, and operations leader with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality, retail, and FMCG sectors. They co-founded Pasero, a neighborhood cafe and wine bar, where they led the planning and growth phases, and currently serve as a Non-Executive Director. Their previous roles include Director of Retail at Cineworld UK&I and Head of Commercial at Greene King, where they developed key strategies and managed substantial teams. Tim holds an MBA from Birmingham City University and has co-founded the Mixology Group while contributing to various advisory roles in the hospitality industry.
