Katie Carr

Katie Carr is an Associate Director in the Education Practice at Public First, where they apply their extensive experience in education policy and government decision-making. With over a decade in roles spanning strategy, policy, and delivery, Katie previously worked as a Senior Private Secretary to the Minister for the School System and led significant initiatives at the Department for Education, including teacher recruitment and retention. They hold a law degree from the London School of Economics and an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School. Additionally, Katie serves as Chair of Governors at Trinity Academy and is a trustee of Tutors United.
