Ryan Shea

Ryan Shea is the Director of Research, Transformation & Ventures at PUBLIC. Ryan has over seven years of experience in consulting and financial services.

Ryan started their career as a Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan in 2011. Ryan then worked as a Summer Analyst at Wexford Capital in 2010. In 2012, they joined Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant. Ryan led technology and strategy engagements for both public and private sector clients, including the launch of a public facing platform for tax payment, as well as the creation of the product development strategy for the US Postal Service. Additionally, they led multiple pursuit teams for the Federal Reserve account, helping provide financial services expertise for other practitioners within the Federal practice.

As a result of their project experience and year over year performance, they received sponsorship from Deloitte to pursue their MBA at London Business School.

After completing their undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia, Ryan Shea pursued a Master of Business Administration at the London Business School. Ryan's focus was in private equity, and they now work in that field.

Ryan Shea reports to Daniel Korski, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Alexander de Carvalho - Co-Founder & CIO, Natasha Wren - Head of Communications, and Cameron Scott - Head of Transformation.
