Fi Macmillan is the founder of Wild Leadership, where they focus on leadership development through experiential outdoor practices. With a rich background in direct marketing and leadership coaching, they have worked with various organizations to enhance communication and collaboration among leaders. Fi has held roles such as Head of Learning and Development at Public Practice, guiding professionals in their transition to the public sector. They also possess academic qualifications, including a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching and Development and an MSc in Executive Coaching. Previously, Fi founded Direct Experience, a recruitment practice specializing in direct marketing.
