Jesse Handler

Jesse Handler currently serves as Transport Strategy Programme Coordinator for the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and London Borough of Wandsworth, and as an Associate at PUBLIC PRACTICE, both positions held since October 2023. Previous experience includes roles at the Chicago Housing Authority as Planning Analyst II and Planning Analyst I, where responsibilities involved data and spatial analysis of subsidized housing, as well as financial quality control for the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Additionally, Jesse held a policy internship at the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights and worked as a Job Developer Intern/ESOL Lead Teacher at Genesis Center. Educational qualifications include a Master's in City Planning from UCL, a Master's Erasmus Semester in Urban Planning from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Geographical Studies from the University of Chicago.
