Aric Chang

Aric Chang has a diverse work experience in the real estate and finance industry. Aric started their career at Green Street Advisors as a Senior Associate from 2001 to 2004. Aric then joined Oak Hill REIT Management as an Associate Director of REIT Research, where they managed portfolio construction and risk reporting from 2005 to 2011. Aric then worked at Rouse Properties as part of the Finance & Capital Markets team from 2013 to 2015. Aric then joined J.P. Morgan Asset Management as a Vice President in 2015 before being promoted to Executive Director in 2016. At J.P. Morgan, Aric led market research for the Western US and spearheaded strategies for entering alternative sectors and working with new joint venture partners. In 2022, they joined Rexford Industrial as a Senior Vice President of Investor Relations & Capital Markets. Currently, Aric is the Vice President of Real Estate Finance at Public Storage, where they oversee real estate analytics and FP&A for a large portfolio.

Aric Chang holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School and a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
