Casey Holde

Casey Holde has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They started their career in 2003 at Target as an Executive Team Leader for the Salesfloor, excelling in driving a customer-focused environment and delivering tactical solutions for world-class customer service. They later became an Executive Team Leader of Logistics, managing freight flow for a $50 million business. In 2008, Casey transitioned to a Human Resource Manager role at Target, recruiting and retaining diverse, talented Store Team Members and coaching senior leaders on team development. In 2012, Casey joined BevMo! as a Store Manager, leading store openings, recruiting and training store teams, and establishing key distributor relationships during the expansion to Washington State. They then moved to 24 Hour Fitness in 2016 as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner. Most recently, Casey joined Public Storage in 2020 as the Divisional Director of Human Resources and was promoted to the role of Sr. Director of Field Human Resources in November 2021. The focus of their work experience has been on human resources, leadership, operations management, and customer service.

Casey Holde received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Western Washington University, completing their studies from 1999 to 2003.
