Dave Hohnstein

Dave Hohnstein is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and facilities management. Currently serving as Facilities Asset Manager at Public Storage since June 2022, Hohnstein previously held key leadership roles including Vice President and General Manager at The Bay Club Company, and Senior Director of Operations and Facilities at Leisure Sports. Additional experience includes positions as Operations Supervisor at DB Schenker, where management of $70 million in inventory for Intel was a primary responsibility, and General Manager at Beach Cinema Bistro Group, where successful start-up initiatives were implemented. Hohnstein also served as District Manager for Regal Entertainment Group and held various roles in the entertainment industry, including the ownership of Northwest Sentry Security. Educational credentials include a diploma in Corrections & Crime Prevention from Columbia College of Business and a diploma in Industrial Electronics Technology from Benson Polytechnic High School.
