Eric Krolikowski

Eric Krolikowski is a seasoned leader in internal audit, risk management, and compliance with over 20 years of experience in transforming audit functions across various industries. Presently, as the Senior Director of Internal Audit at Pioneer Natural Resources Company, they have successfully built an internal audit and Enterprise Risk Management operation, overseeing significant acquisitions and a major merger. Previously, Eric held various roles at JCPenney, where they led a global internal audit function, and at Payless ShoeSource, where they conducted comprehensive inventory analyses. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ball State University and a Master of Business Administration from Washburn University.
