Gary Rivera

Gary Rivera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset protection and loss prevention. Currently serving as a Loss Prevention and Safety Analyst at Public Storage since February 2023, Rivera previously dedicated nearly three decades to Rent-A-Center, where the role of Asset Protection Fraud Specialist involved developing training programs for district managers, analyzing fraud detection systems, and working collaboratively with Divisional Vice Presidents. In earlier positions, including Store Manager, Rivera achieved significant profit growth and successfully trained and promoted several team members. Rivera's educational background includes a Graphic Art Certification from Technical Memorial/Central Tech, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
