Mark Richards

Mark Richards has extensive experience in human resources management and education, currently serving as a Property Manager at Public Storage since February 2015. Prior to this role, Mark was a Partner at HCap International from June 2009 to February 2015, where expertise in talent management, leadership development, and employee relations was applied for regional insurance companies. Additionally, Mark taught Human Resources Development courses as an Adjunct Professor at Webster University from August 2008 to February 2015. Mark's prior experience includes serving as AVP of Human Resources at PCIAA from 1999 to 2009, where leadership in all HR objectives was demonstrated, and as Human Resources Manager at Orion Capital/Guaranty National Insurance from 1997 to 1999, focusing on cultural integration post-merger. Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Washington and a Master of Science in Education from the University of Southern California.
