Simon Marshall has over two decades of experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Capability and Experience Consultant at Public Trust since March 2003, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of the Strategic Roadmap for Learning & Development, delivery of learning solutions, and coaching individuals in personal development. Previously, Simon held roles as a Learning and Development Consultant and Training Facilitator at Inland Revenue NZ, where an induction program for Contact Centre staff was developed and delivered. Simon's career began in education as a primary teacher in Christchurch from 1997 to 2000. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Otago.
