Amanda Irvin

Amanda Irvin has had a diverse work experience. Amanda started their career in 2005 as a Server/Bartender at Natty Greene's Pub and Brewing Co. in Greensboro, NC. In 2008, they completed a one-semester internship as a Gatewood Gallery Intern at UNC-Greensboro. In 2009, Amanda was contracted to design a website for DSA Master Crafted Doors. In 2010, they worked as a Photo Editing and Album Design for Carisa Chee Photography, a Web Design for Blue Ridge Health Services, and Graphics & Game Planning for Wave Front Studios. From 2013 to 2018, Amanda worked at Crank Arm Brewing Co. as an Assistant Manager, Graphic Designer, and Bartender. In 2018, they began working as a Customer Success Enablement Manager at PublicInput, where they were responsible for building how-to resources, product documentation, and supporting collateral to drive successful product usage by customers and product success by the CS teams. Amanda also held roles as a Product Content Specialist + Technical Training Lead, Customer Support Manager, and UX/Graphic Designer & QA Lead.

Amanda Irvin graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2008 with a BA of Arts in Studio Art, specializing in Graphic/Digital Design. Prior to that, they attended Parkwood High School from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including User Experience Design Fundamentals from Udemy in July 2019, UX Design & User Experience Design Course - Theory Only from Udemy in June 2019, UI & Web Design using Adobe Illustrator CC from Udemy in February 2019, and Certified Beer Server from the Cicerone® Certification Program in November 2017.
