Tiya L. has a diverse background in leadership and internships, primarily focused on entrepreneurship and marketing within various industries. Tiya served as Vice President of Events and later as President and Advisor for the Gina Cody Entrepreneurship Society at Concordia University, leading teams to enhance entrepreneurial skills among engineering students and establishing the Innovation Fund. Tiya’s internship experience includes roles at Spark Foundry, Rashid Hospital, and L'Oréal, where responsibilities ranged from biomedical engineering support to digital brand launches. Additionally, Tiya has held marketing and merchandising internships at Kärcher Middle East and BAT, respectively, demonstrating a strong foundation in marketing strategies and operational coordination. Currently, Tiya works as an HR Process Improvement Analyst at Richemont and as an Associate Consultant at Publicis Sapient.
