Ted Dinklo

Ted Dinklo is the founder of Publicroam, an innovative wifi-roaming initiative aimed at providing secure and easy access to public organization wifi networks. With over 15 years of experience as an international advisor in Public Financial Management (PFM), Ted has worked with various international organizations in numerous developing countries. They have held roles such as senior advisor and budget expert, contributing to the development and assessment of financial systems and policies. Ted also founded Overheid Digitaal and has served as director at Dinklo public finance & policy, linking public policy with financial management. Ted studied at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1991 to 1996.
