Guillermo S. has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Guillermo co-founded Publitas.com in 2006 and served as the CEO. The company assists retailers in transforming their catalogs and magazines into visually appealing online publications. Guillermo worked with international retailers to enhance their brand engagement and sales.

In 2016, they co-founded MAT Research, a biotech startup that developed an improved Monocyte Activation Test for pyrogen testing. The MAT is a substitute for the Rabbit Pyrogen Test and is used for testing parenteral drugs for contamination. Guillermo's role involved utilizing frozen pooled PBMC for this technology.

Guillermo also co-founded Vectorum, a quantitative investment management startup, in 2016. The company aims to deliver exceptional returns by strictly adhering to a risk management process trading strategy.

Guillermo founded Hustle Hard Ventures in 2015, an investment firm specializing in first-stage investments and participations in SaaS, E-commerce, and Pharma.

Prior to their entrepreneurial endeavors, Guillermo worked as a Consultant at Deloitte from 2003 to 2005.

Guillermo has also served as a Mentor-Investor at Rockstart and as an Organizer at the Amsterdam Ruby User Group from 2014 to 2016 and during 2012 to 2016 respectively.

Guillermo S. pursued their education in the field of Business Administration and Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Guillermo completed their Master of Science (MScBA) degree in Business Administration at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 1999 to 2004.
