Publ°k GmbH specializes in digitizing payout processes in the public sector and in private organizations – quickly, securely, and without the need for additional infrastructure. Founded in 2023, the GovTech company has developed the SocialCard, a solution designed to meet all professional, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Today, 14 German federal states use the SocialCard to efficiently and transparently distribute financial benefits under the Asylum Seekers’ Benefits Act. The German Federal Employment Agency (BA) also relies on the SocialCard to provide social benefits to individuals without a bank account.

Publ°k follows a clear principle: replacing cash-based procedures with digital, card-based payment processes – in public administrations, municipalities, universities, NGOs, and private organizations. In many municipalities, cash handling remains widespread, even within internal administrative processes. By digitizing these workflows, Publ°k supports administrations facing severe staff shortages and demographic challenges, helping them free up valuable time and resources for their employees.
