Previously, Salmon held key positions at Snap Inc. and Channel 4, where they led teams to achieve significant revenue growth and implemented transformative strategies. Salmon has been recognized for their leadership and commitment to diversity and inclusion, launching various initiatives to promote a more representative industry. They are also involved with significant industry organizations including the Advertising Association Council and EGTA. Matt is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of Portsmouth.
