Swaroop Kulkarni has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at PubMatic since March 2011, with a progressive career at the company that includes roles such as Associate Director, Manager, and Team Lead. Prior to PubMatic, Swaroop was an HR Executive at UTTARA FOODS AND FEEDS PRIVATE LIMITED, where responsibilities included developing HR policies for international locations and creating HR manuals.
