Tyler Tassin

Tyler Tassin has extensive work experience in the legal field, with their most recent position being Head of Corporate Legal at PubMatic. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing public reporting, M&A, and corporate governance. Prior to their current position, Tyler served as the Associate General Counsel, Corporate at PAR Technology. Tyler was also the Vice President & Associate General Counsel, Corporate at Thrive Pet Healthcare, where they directed the corporate legal department and was responsible for M&A, securities, real estate, antitrust, and government relations. Before that, they worked as the Assistant General Counsel - DaVita Venture Group | M&A at DaVita, where they oversaw venture capital investing and strategic M&A opportunities. Tyler also has experience as the Director and Lead Counsel, Corporate and M&A at Fitbit, Senior Corporate Counsel at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, and Corporate Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive experience in corporate transactions, M&A, securities, corporate finance, and general corporate matters.

Tyler Tassin earned their J.D. degree from Harvard Law School, where they attended from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, Tassin completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania from 2001 to 2004, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Political Science.
