Prashant S.

Prashant S. is a seasoned venture capital professional with extensive experience in early-stage investments and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Partner at Monta Vista Capital since January 2014, Prashant also holds the position of Venture Partner at Sure Ventures and Managing Director at TiE LaunchPad, where responsibilities include mentoring and supporting startups. In addition to these roles, Prashant serves as a Board Observer for PubNub and is part of the Steering Committee and Head of TiE Angels, enhancing investments in various sectors. Previous board experience includes CloudVolumes Inc., Astia, Pancetera Software, and EvoStor, as well as an investor role at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners. Prashant holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
