Gal Harari

Gal Harari is the current HR Director at PubPlus. Prior to this, they served as the HR Manager at TOYGA from January 2016 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy, supervising and driving the HR team, and managing employment processes. Gal also served as a liaison between management and employees, providing guidance and conflict resolution. Before their time at TOYGA, Gal was the Recruitment Manager at anyoption from February 2014 to January 2016. In this role, they were responsible for managing the HR team, designing and developing the company's local and global recruitment process, and acting as a focal point for managers regarding recruitment and HR topics. Gal also set the social media communication strategy for the recruitment process. Gal began their career in human resources as a Technical Recruiter and Social Media Specialist at Hever Human Resources in September 2010.

Gal Harari has a Master of Science in Organization Development and Management from Tel Aviv University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
