Don Dell

Don Dell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in inspection services and environmental operations. Currently, Don serves as the Business Owner of 3D Inspections Inc. since January 2022, specializing in inspection services for investment portfolios, rental properties, and specialized inspections such as WETT and Indoor Air Quality monitoring. In addition, since April 2023, Don holds the position of Environmental Operator for Waste Water at PUC Services Inc., focusing on monitoring environmental discharges from city waste systems. Previously, Don was a Certified Home Inspector and Owner/Operator at 3D Inspections Inc./Pillar to Post before transitioning to various managerial roles in sales and operations with Kemira, Dubois Chemicals, and JohnsonDiversey. Don’s educational background includes degrees in Environmental/Pulp and Paper Engineering Technologist and an ongoing MBA from Schulich School of Business at York University.
