Tayler Sonke has extensive experience in customer service and event management, currently serving as a Data Processing Input Clerk and Customer Experience Clerk at PUC Services Inc. since April 2019. In these roles, Tayler addresses customer inquiries, collaborates with various departments to ensure service quality, and maintains customer records. Prior to this, Tayler worked with OLG from September 2013 to March 2019, progressing from Events Program Assistant to Associate Manager Corporate Events, overseeing the Corporate Event & Exhibit Program and providing administrative support for sponsorships.
