John Ourand

John Ourand is a seasoned sports journalist with extensive experience in media reporting and analysis. Currently serving as a Sports Correspondent at Puck since January 2024, John previously co-hosted the Marchand & Ourand Sports Media Podcast from October 2021 to December 2023. Furthermore, John spent over 17 years as a Media Reporter for Sports Business Journal until December 2023. Earlier roles include Editor-in-Chief at CableFAX Daily from 2005 to 2006 and Editor at Cable World from 2003 to 2005. John Ourand holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communications from the University of Maryland, earned between 1985 and 1989.
