Jesse Flores

Jesse Flores has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Their most recent role is as the Director of Mechanical Engineering at Puffco, where they are responsible for creating innovative products that enhance the user experience. Prior to Puffco, Jesse worked at FallTech as a Product Manager, overseeing the development and execution of new products in the Personal Fall Protection category. Jesse also held the position of Director of Engineering and New Product Development at West Coast Corp, where they managed the design and development of new products and implemented a new product development process. Jesse's experience includes working at Pelican Products, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, leading the design and development of protective cases for mobile devices. Jesse also served as a Senior Product Development Manager at Jacuzzi Group Worldwide, overseeing the project management and development of new spa and spa accessory introductions. Jesse's earlier experience includes working at Mattel as a Principle Engineer and Director of Product Development in various divisions, where they managed development activities, conducted design reviews, and supervised engineering staff. Jesse began their career at Rain Bird as a Senior Design Engineer, responsible for the design and development of commercial irrigation products.
