Previously, Garrett L. held various positions at Bank of America. From 2013 to 2017, they served as the SVP Technology, overseeing the global network technology program. Garrett was responsible for infrastructure platform management, risk management, product strategy, and lifecycle management, delivering significant cost savings through vendor contract negotiations and infrastructure reduction initiatives.

Before that, Garrett L. worked at Allstate Insurance, where they held multiple senior managerial positions. Garrett oversaw enterprise application development, delivery, and operations for call center technology and the agency gateway web portal. Garrett also managed infrastructure platform teams, led data center migration strategies, and established an environment of teamwork and collaboration in the enterprise command center.

Earlier in their career, Garrett L. worked at Lucent Technologies as a Wireless Applications Engineer, providing technical support and network design for wireless solutions. Garrett also served in the United States Army National Guard as a Specialist E4.
