Erin Ruef began their career in marketing and business development at UES, Inc., where they served as the lead for both departments. Erin was with the company from May of 2018 to October of 2020. During their time there, they were responsible for rebranding, website development, story creation, sales, public relations, and communications. Erin was able to increase the sales funnel value from $500,000 to $10M in 12 months by developing sustainable platforms for product growth and identifying new business opportunities for existing product lines. Erin also captured over $750,000 in annual savings by pinpointing and sunsetting an unprofitable business unit. As a member of the leadership team, Erin influenced the CEO to rethink the use of the company's human capital assets by providing collaboration and consultancy services on high-end R&D projects that enhanced brand visibility and captured new revenue streams. Erin also established and led a cross-functional team of 6 while creating, developing, and overseeing all marketing, public relations, and communication functions including branding, digital advertising, and content creation. Erin is known for being mild, a consensus builder, weighing pros/cons, rational, reflective, controlled, composed, deliberate, stable, steady, conscientious, courteous, focused, and having high standards.

Erin Ruef obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Dayton. Erin then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dayton.

They work with Brian Coleman - VP of Sales, Stephen Kerr - CFO, and Barry Ricks - VP of Engineering. Their manager is Paul Spain, CEO.
