Stephen Kerr

Stephen Kerr is the current Chief Financial Officer at PUI Audio. Stephen has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, including positions as Controller-Ops Finance for the Americas Region at Jabil and Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller at Filtra-Systems Company.

Kerr has extensive experience in financial integration, forecasting, and reporting. Stephen has trained and supported plant controllers in using TM1 and SAP, and managed a team to support plant and financial operations in Nypro Packaging and Healthcare facilities in the US, Mexico, and Europe. Kerr has also led teams of finance SMEs to train and assist plants going live on integrated ERP systems, such as SAP.

In addition to their work in finance, Kerr has also been involved in merger, acquisition, and joint venture due diligence. Stephen has also completed special projects involving identifying opportunities, problem solving, creating solutions, implementation, and follow up.

Stephen Kerr has a MSF in Corp Finance from Walsh College and a BS in Accounting and Business Admin from Aquinas College - Grand Rapids. Stephen also has certification from IMA | Institute of Management Accountants in Certified Management Accountant CMA.

Stephen Kerr reports to Paul Spain, CEO. Stephen Kerr works with Brian Coleman - VP of Sales, Barry Ricks - VP of Engineering, and Erin Ruef - VP of Marketing.
