Ana Loback currently serves as the Chief People Officer for the Puig Beauty & Fashion Division since January 2024. Previously, Ana was the Director of Coaching at Coach Adviser from January 2018 to December 2023 and held the roles of Global Programme Director and Principal Executive Coach at Turningpoint Leadership from April 2017 to December 2023, where innovative leadership programs were developed for executives globally. Ana also served as Managing Director and Managing Partner at Turningpoint UK, a consultancy specializing in leadership development. Additionally, Ana was the Managing Director of Loback Consultancy from January 2008 to December 2023, focusing on human resources and organizational culture. Academic contributions include supervising research dissertations for MSc Occupational & Business Psychology at the University of East London until May 2022 and a range of educational qualifications in psychology and business strategy from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and the University of London. Prior to a career in consultancy and academia, Ana was a TV journalist and broadcaster at RTP2 from 2000 to 2006.
