Ben Broughton

Ben Broughton is an experienced retail manager currently serving as the Flagship Store Manager at Penhaligon's since May 2024, and simultaneously holding the position of Retail Manager at Puig since June 2022. With a robust background in retail, Ben previously worked at House of Fraser from January 2008 to January 2022, where significant achievements included managing multiple departments and a successful Beauty department in the Oxford Street flagship store, prior to its closure. Ben began the retail career as Store Manager at Mothercare PLC from August 2004 to January 2008. Education was completed at Wootton Upper School.
